JR also serves as a Law Enforcement Officer where he specializes in Special Weapons and Tactical Combat with over 7 years of experience in his career field.  Princess Mason, NASM CPT and Nutritionist. A nonnative to NC, who has created a home in Cary. Her fitness journey sky rocketed in January ‘18, when she began to practice veganism. Not only did this new challenge allow her to break several bad habits, it prompted her to exchange them for several good ones: self discipline, and accountability to name a few. She, made a point to prioritize her overall health and wellness. She knew that she wouldn’t be able to reach her goals by working out alone, so she made a decision to work towards veganism being a lifestyle. You may have heard the saying that your diet needs to be 80% healthy in order for you to be healthy, and the other 20% is less healthy foods; she has lived this and found it to be true. She will most definitely tell you that it starts from the inside. Her knowledge and power when it comes to fitness, and nutrition makes her an asset on your journey to greater.
